St. Louis Fusion will be conducting its summer core conditioning program on Mondays and Wednesdays starting July 5th through August 4th.  The time will be from 6 PM to 8 PM on those nights.  The program will be conducted at Green Park Lutheran School at 4252 Green Park Road, St. Louis, MO  63125.

The core conditioning program consists of different exercises, using mainly your body and resistance bands, to help increase stamina, speed, power and vertical.  The circuit consist of 16 exercises and we’ll do two to three sets which are timed.  The duration of the exercises gets longer as the weeks go by.

The cost will be 40.00 for the 5 week program.

The girls who participated last summer increased their vertical approximately 2 inches and felt their core strength really help improve their hitting.
